By 1996 Neil had joined McArthur Glen focusing on their Swindon, Cheshire Oaks, Mansfield and York schemes.
From there he headed up the outlet development at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth opening in 2001 creating the first World Class Waterfront in the UK before its sale to Land Securities.
Chameleon Retail was founded in 2002 and later developed projects in Partnership with Tim Sansom including Gloucester Quays, The Lowry, Outlet Aubonne, and in Kiev.

Country Manager McArthur Glen 2004-2011 based in Troyes with responsibility for operational and asset management of Troyes, Roubaix & Messancy Outlets.
Sale of Troyes & Roubaix for TH to Resolution in 2010.
Board Director of McArthur Glen LuxCo development arm.
Development and launch of Luxury Quarter at Cheshire Oaks.
Packaged and managed sale of Livingstone Outlet 2013 to LaSalle.

Nick brings over 15 years of operational experience to the team.
Following service in the Army, Nick joined McArthur Glen at their award winning
Designer Outlet in Swindon. He was a key member of their centre opening and crisis management teams.
In 2007 he joined The Peel Group who own and operate outlets in Gloucester Quays, & The Lowry near Manchester.
Nick joined CRC in 2018 and opened Zsar Outlet Village in Finland which was his 12th centre.
