Neil Chapman has worked for over 35 years in the retail and leisure property sector, at Bernard Thorpe and DTZ plc before joining Eagle Star/Threadneedle Property.

By 1996 Neil had joined McArthur Glen focusing on their Swindon, Cheshire Oaks, Mansfield and York schemes.

From there he headed up the outlet development at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth opening in 2001 creating the first World Class Waterfront in the UK before its sale to Land Securities.

Chameleon Retail was founded in 2002 and later developed projects in Partnership with Tim Sansom including Gloucester Quays, The Lowry, Outlet Aubonne, and in Kiev.
