Recently Gant Switzerland concluded a very complicated lease agreement with CRC of which, after long hours, the result was positive for all involved.

Working with Mr. Chapman from CRC on this project was a pleasurable experience as he proved to be diligent, fair and level headed always going the extra distance in an effort to find a solution suitable for both parties.

CRC presented White Stuff with a clear strategy & vision to reposition the centre in December 2011 – on opening sales exceeded our expectations. They have since brought in a number of new retailers that have considerably strengthened the quality element of the retail offer. This together with the new cinema and restaurants in the leisure quarter has all had a beneficial effect upon footfall and sales.

Chameleon Retail has made a significant contribution to the re-positioning of Gloucester Quays through in-depth experience and knowledge of the Outlet market together with the introduction of many of the first class retail brands within the development.
